How long will my repair take?
Repair times depend on the extent of the damage and parts availability. Most minor repairs are completed in 3 to 5 business days; major collision work typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. We provide a written timeline with every repair.
Do I have to use the body shop my insurance recommends?
No. You have the legal right to choose your own repair facility. Insurance companies cannot require you to use a specific shop, and we will work directly with your carrier regardless of their preferred network.
Will my insurance cover the full repair?
In most cases, yes, minus your deductible. We will review your policy with you and identify any gaps before work begins. Ask about our deductible assistance program.
Do you offer rental car assistance?
Yes. We coordinate directly with rental agencies and your insurance carrier to arrange a rental for the duration of your repair.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair comes with a lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
Do you only work on certain types of vehicles?
We service all makes and models: domestic, import, luxury, commercial, and fleet. Our team has the equipment and training to handle anything that comes through our doors.
Do you handle hail damage and paintless dent repair?
Yes. We offer paintless dent repair for minor dings and hail damage, as well as full-panel repair when needed.
